Cancellation & No Show Policy
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for our guests, we do require 24 hours notice from the time of your appointment should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
FEES: No fee if canceled more than 24 hours. Less than 24 hours: $25 to any service under $100. $50 of any service over $100.
A credit card on file will be charged automatically or if no card is on file, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before any rebooking takes place.
Multiple cancelations of 3 or more will also require a $20 deposit towards your next booking. The deposit will go towards your service and will be deducted from the total at the end of your service.
Please understand that this is our livelihood. We just ask to please respect our time and if you can not make your appointment for ANY reason, please let us know prior instead of not showing at all.
NO SHOW FEES: 50% of ANY service. Credit card on file will be charged automatically 30 minutes after not showing or an invoice will be sent before any rebooking takes place. Services that are less than $20 are waived for first time cancelling or no showing.
Service Redo & Retail Return Policy
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 3 days of your visit and we're happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost. Any adjustments must align with our original consultation. Adjustments that alter the original plan, or are requested more then 3 days later, will require full payment. There are no refunds on services provided. We do not guarantee any color services if you do not buy and use the retail that we offer. This is because many of the over the counter products will alter the pH and strip the color off your hair. We will make recommendations based on shampoo and conditioner is best for your exact hair type, styling routine, and to maintain the color. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable. However, they do not expire. Each gift certificate must be used with the stylist that the gift certificate was purchase under or if purchased with the salon in general, can also be used on products or boutique items.
Late Appointment Policy
If you happen to be running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If 15 minutes late or more, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all our guests with scheduled appointments, we cannot guarantee all or any of the services scheduled will be performed and may result in rescheduling.
